  1. A long-ago ride made your picture-postcard thought,
    As thoughts of long-ago truly live on like a thread,
    Which is why to me what ticking time has wrought
    Is many more dancing images, singing in my head.

  2. I love this painting of a memory
    It's powerfully created and speaks to me

    of majestic beauty
    in the lights and darks
    that color our lives
    and leave their marks

  6. Nice memory. I've been drawing images and memories from the past for a while. Things I wish I had taken a photo of, or lost those old photos. People seem to enjoy hearing about those on my blog.
    Keep those memories close.

  10. ::whisper::
    When I was a little girl, every Sunday my dad took my older brother, sister and I to ride. On the drive home, we also listened to the radio, only the program was "Gunsmoke".
